Most of our work is exactly this: a family in Middle Tennessee with a washer that quit or a refrigerator that stopped cooling, who wants a real person to show up, tell them the truth, and fix it. We quote before we work, we take our shoes into account, and we clean up after ourselves.
You know the price before we start
We diagnose the fault, explain exactly what failed, and give you the number. Nothing gets replaced until you say yes. If the honest answer is that the appliance is not worth fixing, we will tell you that too — even though it means we do not get the job.
The parts that actually fail ride with us
Our vans carry the parts that actually fail: drain pumps, fan motors, heating elements, igniters, thermostats, door locks, and control boards for the common platforms. That is why a lot of repairs never turn into a special-order part and the wait that comes with one.
We work on what you already own
Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Bosch, and the rest — plus older machines other companies will not touch. An appliance being fifteen years old is not automatically a reason to replace it, and we will tell you honestly which side of that line yours falls on.
What we see most in Nashville homes
Across Davidson and Williamson counties the same handful of failures account for most of our calls: washers that will not drain because of a blocked pump, refrigerators warm because the defrost system quit and iced the evaporator, dryers taking three cycles because the vent is packed, and dishwashers that stopped cleaning because hard-water scale plugged the spray arms. None of those mean the appliance is finished. All four are routine repairs, and knowing that in advance is worth more than any coupon we could offer you.
